The staff at Palazzo Lorenzo Hotel Boutique were helpful and friendly. They were very good too make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The attention to detail in the design of the hotel is excellent, making me feel like royalty in a small palace. The spa facilities were also great, with a variety of amenities to enjoy. The staff, breakfast, room, spa were all excellent. Friendly staff and great restaurant recommendations. High-quality breakfast with fresh ingredients. Comfortable, well-equipped room. Highlight of the stay was the spa with sauna, steam, and jacuzzi.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The staff were really good too help us with transport and made a lovely surprise for my wife. The spa was clean, tranquil, and we were able to enjoy it privately. The hotel provided secure parking and helped with luggage. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast in the garden was tasty.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to walk to all the tourist attractions within minutes.
